The third of five oppositions between Saturn and Uranus is occurring September 15, 2009. This opposition forces compromise and embraces change. A retrograde mercury supports communication issues. The first opposition was November 4, 2008 (Election Day). The second opposition was February 5, 2009.

Although current changes seem extreme, remember the chaos of the 1960’s – the last time Saturn and Uranus opposed each other.
