  4. Clear the counters and feature a crock of new kitchen tools
  5. Keep all bathroom doors closed
  6. Maintain a well-stocked pantry
  7. Write the listing price on a piece of paper and attach it to a chime
  8. Hang a seasonal flag leading to the front door.
